I depends on what you need. In fact, if you need pitching help now the Peralta selection is more defendible that one might think. Do you need a catcher? Then Hedges is fine but if you need a SS now than Hechavarria is fine. If you can wait and need offense than I like Puig and Arcia. But guys like Buxton, Russell, and Soler are better investments if you can stand to wait. But once again, we know too little about your team needs to give educated advice.
