I would try the Halladay deal. Probably won't work unless he is really down on Halladay. I stay away from Garza and Lester.

Would any of you trade Willingham/McCann for Halladay?

Just got that offer after McCann/Fowler was turned down.

Did you try McCann/Fowler for Latos? I love that deal for you.

And I wouldn't do McCann/Willingham for Halladay. It's close to solid, but maybe you could get another player in the deal? I like to get trades accepted instead of accepting them, although I am a stubborn trader.

Well I was thinking that Willingham would be a good offer for one of those arms by himself, currently sell high and buy low (both are seasoned vets good for maybe one or two more good years). Seemed legit to me. McCann he's asking for nothing, think you are overpaying a little.

Fowler+McCann for Latos I'd jump ALL over that.

I wish that Latos deal would work. His owner has a firm grasp on him.

I have Willingham for Samardzija on table right now but his owner doesn't pay enough attention to ever deal

i'd take that deal....... willingham & mccann for halladay. if Roy comes back you've got an ace for virtually nothing. i'd sell high on willingham.

I would hold off on the McCann and Willingham for Halladay as long as I could to see if the Willingham for Samardzija trade goes through.

However, if push comes to shove I think I do the Halladay trade. Sometimes you have to bet big and if Halladay bounces back to even anywhere remotely close to what he was, its a huge win for you.

Finally, I would rather have Latos over Halladay or Samardzija in a keeper. Too bad that trade doesnt seem to be happening.

As a side note. What is your plan for catcher if you trade McCann. Who is going to be available in your draft?

I am not really high on Lincecum this year. I think this trade would have to do more with who you think you can replace McCann with at catcher and who would be available in your draft in terms of SP.
