Looking for/Creating an auction league?

After a couple years of experience in different types and stakes, I'm looking for or am willing to create a league which has most (or perhaps all if making one from scratch) of the following properties:

• Auction Draft
• Continuous Waivers w/FAAB Budget
• 7x7 (5x5 with OBP instead of BA + 2B & K for hitting cats, + BB & HLD for pitching cats.

Because of my schedule, the draft would have to be done on or before March 20th.

Any interest or any leagues out there that would at least have the first two?
