Mixed league keeper

Who is my last keeper? I play in a 12 team mixed standard scoring 5x5. usual positions. We keep six players for up to four years. Here are my definate keepers and the number of years I can keep them next to his name.
The sixth keeper I have been going back and fort with. I have two first rd picks , a second round but no third round pick.My 1st round picks are 4-5 overall.
Lots of very good players avalible . Cano, Fielder, Albert, J Upton, McCutchen, Beltre, Je. Weaver, Felix, Reyes and matt Holiday just to name a few.
Here are my 5 definate keepers
Miggy 2
Braun 2
Verlander 2
Harper 3
Votto 3

Of these last five who would you keep? I might be able to move one of the remaining players for a third rd pick as we get closer to the draft. I would have to give up a pick if I get a pick . We all have to have the same amount of picks but can be in different rds. What player would I have a better chance of getting a third rd pick for of the remaining players?

Rutledge 3

Gio was my first pick but its not looking good for him. So I thought in case he gets busted I would post this list and see what you guys thought.

I like Rizzo 3, and trade Gio 3.
I like bats over arms in general.

With the clouds hanging over Gio right now I doubt I could get much for him in trade. I like Rizzo as well but was leaning toward Rutledge since he is a shortstop . Plus plays half his games in Colorado. I have Votto at first and Miggy at third. Rizzo would fill my CI spot if I took him. Plus Fielder and Pujols are avalible at the draft. I could still take one of them and fill my DH spot. We don't do reserves.

Take the best player. Rutledge isn't close to the best player.
If you don't keep Rizzo, trade him, and keep Gio.
Keeping Rutlegde would be a terrible move.

I like Gio but ONLY if you don't have to declare keepers for 2-3 weeks. You have to see how MLB is going to react to the Deer Piss. If you have to declare this week, be safe and keep Rizzo. I understand that fills all your slots but don't panic, if you have to deal at the draft do it.
