which player offers the most upside long term in keeper league,Position doesn't matter just who whould you rather have for upside

Anderson imo, but Kipnis is close

league and team specs would make the biggest difference, but with the info you are giving I am keeping Kipnis

Kipnis is going to provide more in weekly point production than Anderson wold.

Kipnis seem to be the long term best option.
