Any help would be appreciated.

My league likes to slow draft over the course of March. Last year we did this manually on a message board(rough)
Does anybody know of any software I could purchase or free that a league could access.
or
If anyone has any ideas or formats that have worked for them I would love to hear about it.

Stupid question maybe but where are you playing at? I know a couple of sites that allow you to do a slow live draft so it might be easier switching to a new site to get what you want. As for draft software, I don't have any. Not something I use.

There is a slow auction underway here at the Cafe amongst. It's fun to follow.

I commish an auction league (draft starts 2/1/13) in a similar fashion. Some set up their own Proboards forum to track it. I use Forumotion. We have every owner nominate one player to start (12 total) and once 24 hrs passes by w/o a bid the player is awarded to the highest bidder. Whoever nominated that player originally must now nominate a new player for auction. This way every owner always has a player nominated. Rosters are tracked on Google Drive for all league members to see. Last year was our first year and the draft took 6-7 weeks (300 players).

Well this is exactly how we went about it last year. In what way did you set up your forum?
The way it worked for us was owners kept bidding and I would have to go in there and update the player with the most recent salary so people didnt have to scroll down through so many posts.

I think this site may work,
couchmanagers.com

Also I know CBS has great auction software but it cost $150.
