Which MIL SP are you taking for this year? Predictions on each? I have both on my roster but do have to get rid of one of them

Fiers has more upside...his poor Sept could be a result of too many IP..keep him and trade him after the ASB

If I had the opportunity in a later round and was looking at either Fiers or Estrada I am taking Fiers. His rookie season was pretty decent for the most part up until the swoon. He displayed some quality moments. Enough for me to like him as a #5 or #6 on any of my teams.

Estrada. One of my favorite sleepers this year. Had excellent peripherals the last couple years including when he was starting. Has the potential to put up very good numbers now that he's in the rotation full time.

Both are great prospects. I like what Fiers did last season (until August)...I think that how he recovers from that confidence explosion will be a big test to his 2013 season. The thing that impresses me about Fiers, is how consistently he has put up incredible numbers as he went up through the minor league system. In 2011 Fiers in AAA went 8-0 with a 1.11 ERA and a 9.52 K/9....I think his ERA will settle more in the high 3s and he should solidify 200+ Ks every year. Estrada at Fiers age was getting lit up in the majors but carried a good K/9 himself. They are very similar pitchers but if I had to chose between the 2 I would side with Fiers.

BTW...Good comparison question!
