The other guy just gave me another option of adding Hamels to the deal.

So it could be Tulo(38), Bourn(24), Hamels(25) for Stanton(28), Headley(12), and Burnett(2). Any thoughts on these offers?

Tulo just does not seem to make it through a year, I would actually pass. Now if you can get someone to bite on a trade to dump Headly, DO IT! He is simply not going to repeat those numbers. They are moving the fence in a bit in SD, but not enough for him to approach 12'.

Stanton at 28 is just too awesome to throw out for an injury prone Tulo.

Would Bourn be ineligible to be kept if he signs in the AL? If so, I definitely wouldn't do the trade. If you can keep him either way, I think I'd do it with Hamels involved.

If Bourn goes to the AL I can't keep him so that's a problem.

Don't do the deal; this being part of the reason, but also because Stanton at that price is a steal. He is one of only a few players with a legit shot at 50 HRs. Will he do it? Probably not, but not many other guys could do it.

Yeah I would stand pat as well. Your SS situation leaves a lot to be desired, so I can understand you wanting to snag Tulo here. I just think the prices on Stanton and Headley are too good to let go, let alone possibly losing Bourn to the AL.

I would pass on this deal,

Tulo's injury concerns last couple of seasons are a MAJOR issue for me, plus if Bourn moves to the AL you are S.O.L.

PLUS, I got huge stats for Headley this season not to mention Stanton the phenom.

Easy decision - keep Stanton and Headley this would actually hurt your team more than help. You'd downgrade in the OF AND lose your only viable 3b (outside of platoonable options). Your OF is great as is.

I would look to acquire a cheaper SS.
What will be in the auction/FA?

if you have to you could deal off Cargo for a stud starter AND a quality SS option. Maybe a Hanley and Hamels combo if you could work that.

Or a Simmons+Kershaw?
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!
