Free, H2H, 2 matchups/week? Possible?

Hi everyone, simple question but it's been troubling me for a while now.
Is there a fantasy baseball site that allows me to setup a league for 2 H2H matchups per week? For FREE? (I've come to the realization that CBS allows at a steep price for college kids)
This is the only hitch I've come across when transitioning my season-long league to a dynasty league. We've traditionally used yahoo. Also, if there are no free options available, any advice on how to do it manually? The issue I see is calculating OPS, ERA, WHIP, and K/9 every 3 days would be exhausting, and managers wouldn't be able to follow the matchups and see real time scores.

I have been around Fantasy for a lot of years but have never heard of any stat service that does 3 day matchups.
