I have been approached with the following trade proposal:
To Me: Carlos Gonzalez - OF & Hunter Pence - OF
To Him: Matt Cain - SP & my 4th round pick in this years draft. It's an 8 team league, and I have the 7th pick this year.

My league is a keeper league. h2h were scoring is hits, runs, hr, rbi, sb..........w, Ks, era, whip, saves

My roster, as it will stand on draft day. Positions that do not contain a name will need to be filled in with this year's draft.

I'm somewhat inclined to accept the trade. As you can see, I'm very weak in the OF department, while pretty strong in the SP department (Even with some uncertainty about Marcum).
What do you guys think?
