Yahoo Question

Postby Brainstorm » Mon Jan 14, 2013 9:40 pm

We're transitioning into a an auction league this year and we do our draft offline. It's a dynasty league so having the player values available at all times is important. Does Yahoo allow me to input the auction values with a player when submitting offline draft results? And if so, will those values be visible to teams during trades, etc?

Pretty sure this is not possible...haven't run that many auction leagues but I know Yahoo and customization don't mix. Have you looked at Fleaflicker?

I want to say yes you can enter offline auction results and values and you would be able to reference but they would not carry over with the players all the time aka you would have to refer back to draft results each time. You would not be able to load values for non drafted players.

Ok, as long as I can put the values in somewhere for reference within the league, it's not so bad. I guess I won't know for sure until they open up next month though. Thanks for the help

- You can do an offline auction draft and enter the auction values that were paid
- You can associate costs with players in your league, and have them displayed throughout the game
- You can indicate that you want those costs to be the auction costs rather than entering them manually
- You can specify a default cost for guys that have no cost
- I am pretty sure we don't provide you any way to input individual/custom costs for undrafted guys
