Need some keeper help. WHIR

So I'm down to my last 2 keeper spots and I'm really torn who I should keep. It's down to Justin Upton, Matt Holliday, Adam Jones and Adam Wainwright. I'm leaning towards keeping Upton and Wainwright as I've got a pretty good group of hitters (Votto, Cano, Longoria). But the only pitcher that I'm keeping is Price.
A buddy of mine is convinced I'm dumb for even thinking about keeping Wainwright and insists I should go with Holliday and Upton as my keepers. What do you guys think?

BBI - Walks Issued (Pitchers) -.5 points
CG - Complete Games 10 points
ER - Earned Runs -1 point
HA - Hits Allowed -.5 points
INN - Innings 2 points
K - Strikeouts (Pitcher) 1 point
L - Losses -5 points
S - Saves 10 points
SO - Shutouts 10 points
W - Wins 10 points

I'm with your buddy (not on you being dumb). I would keep Justin Upton and Holliday or Jones. Don't Keep Wainwright over any of these hitters.

Actually, I keep both Cards, Waino and Holliday. Price/Waino gives you a solid pitching foundation and your offense would be solid as well. Upton is the 'sexy' pick because of the upside but Holliday is the safer pick.

I think you do have to go with two batters for your last 2 keepers. 10 keeper league, you're going to be able to pick up spot starters every week pretty much, the FA pool is going to be alright for pitching.

I wouldn't over think this. Holliday is the easiest choice. Upton vs Jones .... I go upside. J-Up wins that every time.

2 SP in 6 keepers doesn't seem like a good idea; you've got your ace now load up the offense. It wouldn't surprise me if Jones outscored Upton last year or would do it again. I never liked players the first year they move & Upton seems likely to go. Unless he lands in a hitters paradise he could get squeezed here but 2 OF over the well-liked Wainwright for your final keeper

I am a big fan of Wainwright this year and think he will end up being a top 5 SP. Saying that keep Holliday. Pitching is deep so you can replace Wainwright a lot easier than Holliday.

I would go with Upton and Holliday. You're in a shallow league, so pitching shouldn't be hard to come by.
