If I had expected Perez to fall this far, I definitely would've passed on Molina, even though I think he was good value where I got him. Pick of the draft so far, I think.

Catcher is crazy deep this year. Perez was #11 off the board and I still see a couple other catchers I wouldn't mind having either. In 10 team leagues, you should wait until the last few rounds, in my opinion.
My plan was to wait at catcher, but I had Molina ranked No. 2 at the position and six or seven guys were gone, so it seemed logical to get him where I did.
I like 1 C leagues. They never get enough at bats to put up good value and typically suck at hitting in general, why force me to take 2 when I don't even want 1?

I liked the article I just don't agree with it all - I'm a dinosaur too and started in 2C leagues in the 90s. Change can be good though
The fact he has Carlos Santana at 1B doesn't help his cause either
