Yeah, we won't stick to a hard 12 hour rule, especially in cases when the last pick was at 9 or 10pm the night before because the vast majority of the 12 hours for the next guy will have been during the night and early morning which isn't nearly as fair as if the last pick was at noon and the next person had all day long to make their pick.

Time zone differences don't help sometimes either.

We should have a weekend grace period too. Even a turbo nerd such as myself doesn't always have PC access on a friday/saturday night.
