13 team standard 5x5 auction $260.

Can only keep 3 of 4

RA Dickey $4

I plan on keeping Dickey, not sure on the others.

I think that a case could be made to keep Gio over McCutchen too. It depends on the tenancies of the other owners in the league. Do they normally spend big money on pitching? In most of my leagues the elite guys go for $25-35 then it falls off quick and no one wants to spend. I've seen auctions where top bats are in the $30-40 and others where they go $50+. I'd probably still go McCutchen, but he's closer to market value than Gio is.

Thanks everyone. Element you are right, the $$ amounts spent league to league does differ and sets the pace for the auction. We typically have 4 $40-$43 players league wide, I am NEVER one of those teams. I always seem to manufacture a solid pitching rotation throughout the year and need to focus attention on my bats. RA is obv, but I think I am going to put Gio back and maybe even still get him at the $17-$18 range.

I would much rather keep McCutch at his cost and try to get Gio back in the draft for a couple bucks more than potentially add 8-10 to McCutch's current price tag. I could easily see McCutch going closer to $40 if you threw him back but Gio should hopefully go in the $17 range like you said.

This. Gio is tempting but I think he has some regression in him this year. Last year was a little too good and his other numbers don't back up the production.

Guess it has to be Gio, because Dickey is so massively underpriced. If price was not an issue, I would keep Gio over Dickey.

Seems like you got the right idea. If you throw back GIO maybe you can get him at $17-$18 putting a combined total of him and Dickey on your team at about $21-22. If you throw back Dickey you would need to get him back at $7-8 to have them both on your team at $21-$22, and I dont see anyway you get Dickey back at $7.

Dickey is just the better value here.
