This is a good team.

I think it's a five player race:

Zobrist
Headley
Weaver
Chapman
McCann

You mention you have a 20 category league. I think that would be critical in knowing which player to keep. If you league counts walks or OBP, Zobrist gets a significant bump.

I would rank them as the following:
1a. Zobrist - really dependent on your scoring and if his walk rate would be rewarded.
1b. Weaver - hard to argue with a pitcher who notched 20 wins with a sub-1.05 WHIP.
3. Headley - Question marks whether this was a true breakout or fluke. Plays in Petco. Plus you already have Miggy at 3rd and plenty of OF for your UTIL.
4. Chapman - Rumors of him going into the line up scares me. If so, he can single-handily destroy your WHIP.
5. McCann - After Posey, Catcher is rather deep. I think you could easily pick him back up in the redraft.

Yes league counts walks as well as OPS. which makes zobrist a very strong candidate-also his position flexibility with Ss and rf is attractive as well. My thoughts are the same on McCann- as if I were to miss out on him Rosario wold be a fall back option as well as even victor Martinez who will still have catcher eligibility for 2013. Age is the only concern on Zobrist as he turns 32 this season and part of his value being speed.

I play in a 30-category league that uses walks and OPS as well.

Zobrist finished 3rd in OPS among 2nd basemen and 1st as shortstop.
Zobrist was first in walks among both 2nd and shortstop (and it wasn't even close in SS)

Plus he has track record to back up his performance. Zobrist, in this type of league, is an not a sexy pick, he'll just help you win.
Regarding the stolen bases. Yes, some of his value is tied up in stolen bases. But we're talking 12-16 stolen bases. In a H2H league. If that drops by 5 SB, is that really going to destroy your season? Especially with Braun, Kemp, Upton, Harper and Castro? Each of those are 20+ SB potential, with Braun and Kemp at higher ceilings.

Zobrist for me. I was leaning that way but add all the extra cats and it is an easier choice.

Not sold on Headley repeating and you don't need a 3B so there are safer ways to go.
Weaver is tempting but in a 10 team league, you should be able to find pitchers fairly easily.
I don't like keeping catchers. McCann is one of the best but if you only have to play one, then you can find them easier than a MI with dual eligibility.
So many questions with Chapman as he moves into the starting role. Should be on an innings limit as well.

Those are my reason not to take everyone else and leaves me with Zobrist as the best option.

I get why everyone says Zobrist, but Weaver and the potential for a top 5 SP makes him a keeper to me.

It's a tough decision, but he already has Kershaw and Verlander. Arguably the top 2 pitchers in the game.

With his scoring categories, Zobrist is a top 3 2B and SS.

Yeah, you may be right looking more at the expanded numbers. He would dominate the pitching cats having all 3 though!

But yeah, I'll change my pick to Zobrist too. Letting Weaver go for nothing seems crazy though, can you package him and a current keeper for an upgrade? Tough to upgrade what you have already, but I assume you don't have a high pick based on your team and in turn won't see Weaver fall back to you.

This is where I am at. If you could package Weaver with someone else in a 2 for 1 that would be ideal. If not ... Zobrist.
