I would take a gamble on Haren. He has the most upside of the group. Plus he is going to the NL which should help him. I think last year was just a lost season and he could bounce back. Not sure when you have to decide but if you can wait until spring training to hear how his back is holding up, then even better.

After that Morrow although I do like Samardzija but I think he would be easier to get back in the draft.

That said, if you are drafting sooner rather than later you may want to keep Morrow. I have a feeling that Samardzija's stock is going to rise once we get into March, but it's low right now. You could easily draft him back.
