10 keepers per team
Had a lot of expensive keepers after the last four years, so I decided to rebuild keeper-wise and acquired cheap talent. I've narrowed my list down to these ten, with the price increases included
$17 Adrian Gonzalez $3 Jason Kipnis $3 Brett Lawrie $11 Alcides Escobar $3 Wil Myers $4 David Ortiz $25 Felix Hernandez $14 Ian Kennedy $3 Madison Bumgarner $3 Kris Medlen
$86 total, out of a $260 draft budget.
Thoughts?
I've also got the following options available as replacements if need be:
Starling Marte $3 Adam Jones $32 Yadier Molina $28
I'd have to consider swapping Marte & Escobar just based on value. Those 11 should make up your final 10 and theres nothing wrong w/ the ten you have listed. I like where Marte is headed and Escobar might have a tough time repeating his '12

I think I agree here. Love Adjo, I see the same #s this year as last. I like Escobar and Kennedy, But Jones and Marte for the extra $10 for me.
I'm withi this. Escobar for Marte. With Medlen, King Felix and Bumgarner locked into good contracts, I would rather overpay a little but for the bat in Jones than pay what appears to be at least top dollar or a slight overpay for Ian Kennedy who would be your 4th starter.
I like Jones. But he had a career year, and at $32, that's a bit of an overpay for no guarantee he repeats. I could probably get him for that much in the Draft.
