12 Team Auction League 5x5 Standard Roto 1250 IP Limit C,1B,2B,3B,SS,OF,OF,OF,UTL,SP,SP,SP,P,P,RP,RP- 260 Cap for Draft

 

Hi all!  Looking for advice on which 10 players to keep going into my auction draft.  I can keep any 10 players, but keep in mind, I have to fill out a 23 man roster in the draft with a $260 cap.  So these 10 guys will deduct from that 260 going into the draft.  I have put their current value next to their name.  Thank you all in advance for any help!

As suggested in the :TIP: Best way to ask for help and get solid answers post at the top of the page, it is always wise to include how many teams in the league and what roster spots you use. If your league uses a corner spot, Lawrie makes a great keeper; if not he's not as desirable in the U/DH position. If it is a small league with a deep FA pool you almost want to keep 9 of the first 10 stars and don't worry about spending most of your salary.If it is a bigger league you might want to go a cheaper route. Does your league use 1 catcher or 2? If it is 2, McCann carries alot move value. Without including these items in your post it is tough to get the best answers to your question

Kind of expensive but it gives you are really good offense with only C and OF to fill. I"ll spend the extra for Hamels over Weaver or Sabathia. I don't normally like keeping 2 closers but Wilhemsen is too good a value to pass up and Kimbrel is worth it IMO.

Starts you off with probably one of the best rosters. No holes to fill. Cheap C at $1. There's lots of good value SP's and OF's to be had.

Frieri is a setup guy with Madsen in LA now. So yeah.
