Zobrist if it has to be one of the two, but like the others have said I'd drop Pence or Cruz before either of those two.

I'd keep both. Have to keep Zobrist due to position eligibility and Chapman can be dominant in whatever role he ends up in. I'd look at dropping Pence or even Teixeira who's coming off 3 straight years hitting about .250. 1B is deep and Tex isn't a top option anymore. You could cut Cruz but I always get sucked in by his potential, though I was surprised to see he's actually a year older than Teixeira. Go figure...

This scenario would change if you later find that Zobrist does not qualify at SS. Either way, i think Zobrist gives you more flexability. Chapman will be interesting this season with the potential of moving to SP. Either way, he should still have plenty of tradability before the season starts if you choose not to continue with him.

Over all, keep Zobrist and Chapman. Dump Pence.

That's what I'm thinking too. I'd gamble on Chapman in a keeper over Pence or Cruz.

Personally I would drop Cruz or Pence. Zobrist and Chapman are more valuable than either of them.

I hate to say it, but I think Pence might be the player to drop...with the following provisos:

1. Nelson Cruz: that you think he's going to be healthy enough to produce enough stats to make the injury risk worthwhile
2. That you think arm fatigue isn't going to be an issue (or if you plan to trade him before it does, lol).

Pence has a nice baseline of stats that you can count on, but the upside on Cruz and Chapman make them more attractive if you can handle to associated risks.

Good luck.
