As for which one, i would probably be partial to giving up Niese rather than a draft pick but that depends a lot on how many keepers and just how valuable Niese is as a 22 rounder.

Even with the variation and big discount for Niese, you have to go Madison and the bright side on paying more is, he would go ahead of that 7th rounder so it is still a discount.
