Is this trade even in a 12 team h2h dynasty league? Share your thoughts and opinions.

If Dickey was still with the Mets I'd possibly consider this deal but after going to the Blue Jays I have to say no. I can see Dickey putting up close to another 20 wins next year. I personally would want more.
(I actually have Dickey in a 16 team H2H keeper league.)

Think Headley would be the best 3B elgible player I could get?

agreed. I prefer hitters in general when it comes to keepers but this is an even trade all around.

I dont trust Headley enough yet. Looks he finally had his breakout a GREAT year after he was just so well regarded for so long and disapointed. I want to see one more good year. Dickey had an insane level year as week too, but he had good stretches before and maybe I am biased since I believed in Dickey more and drafted him a few places with decent lower round picks last year (never expecting what he actually did - and yes did own Headley in 2 leagues as well). Even with the move to AL I think his power knuckle will still play and he represents better help for you to try and win right now, IMHO.
I could be 100% wrong in this prediction if Headley can repeat what he did, just today right now - I dont think he can and view Dickey as the safer option.
If you lean to headley and many other posters do, I don't think there's anything wrong with going that way.
