Kris Medlen

Could someone please help with determining what Medlen is worth in a trade. I could use help on offence in a 5x5 roto keeper league. I have rejected a trade for Mike Moore 1 for 1,was I wrong ?

I'm going to assume you meant Matt Moore. I would have taken that trade. Moore has a better track record and I expect much more going forward from him. Some people have Medlen up there with Strasburg which I think is ridiculous. Because of the over-hype on Medlen you could probably get Moore and then a serviceable position player or closer.

I am on the opposite side of Medlen, and I think he'll be a top 10 starter at the end of next year. Given a shot to start, there is nothing you shouldn't like about Medlen.

I have a feeling I'll be willing to go higher than most on Medlen in auction drafts next year, making him my happily accepted Ace in 2013.
