Pablo's injuries over the past 2 seasons have been due to broken hamate bones from being hit by pitches. He had them removed after each break. Unless he has a hidden hand somewhere, there are no more hamate bones to break. He is such an exceptional hitter that I would have no problem keeping him ahead of Lawrie. It's all a matter of need/preference though. Lawrie should provide a more balanced attack, but Pablo has the chance to be upper tier in all categories minus SB.
