Aaron, go to your league's settings page. Commish has to have league set for :New Players Become Available...to "As soon as Yahoo! adds them" This will enable a list of players who aren't officially on any teams' major league roster to show up. You will then be able to see a list of forced players who will be added to the available players for your league.

Just dropping in to pay my routine homage to the Genie for all his work and being an open line of communication with the Cafe. You are more appreciated than you can imagine, and hopefully the Cafe constituancy makes that obvious.

Check his position eligibilty... could be a case similar to Teheran as discussed earlier where he doesnt qualify (yet) at any position?

Hey Genie,

I wanted to know if the way that auto-draft works has changed. I haven't auto-drafted in years, but remember that it "should" fill all roster spots before picking a bench. Yesterday I had to miss a draft, and the auto-draft gave me 15 OF (for 3 spots), 2 P (for 9 spots), no C, and no 3B. Kind of a difficult way to start a season, unless I find some willing trade partners ...

Hey Genie? There seems to be a problem with the watch list. You can remove players from your watch list on the "My Watch List" page, but it won't let you click the blue flag off from the "Players" page.

Wacky draft is league ID # 27428

Could this have happened since I loaded my draft list into the draft queue 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the draft? I assumed that auto-draft used the same rules for the queue as the list, but maybe not.

The queue is NOT the same as your preranks. If there are players in the queue, and they are available, that is who you get. They are taken as the first preference, independent of your preranks or any other players you have already taken.
