Are we sure Ryu is starting? I know they shelled out a lot of money for him too but from what I've read he isn't exactly a sure thing.

I actually really liked Dillon Gee last season. He was showing great plate discipline stats and the ERA was bound to come around eventually, and it wasn't even that bad to begin with (4.10 ERA). If he can come back healthy he'd definitely be on my radar.
I really like Gee as a sleeper, had a great k/9 last season.

That is a helpful list. I forgot about Drabek and Hutchison. A sleeper who isn't injured would be Japanese ace Masahiro Tanaka, who could be headed this way in 2014.
