Feliz should be back at some point. Not sure if the Saux will give Rubby de la Rosa a starting role or not, but that kid's stuff pre-TJ is insane.

Anderson fit the bill last year and I drafted him for $2 in a 12 team AL only keeper league.

I guess Dillon Gee fits the bill but it's questionable if he'll ever be anything more than a 5th starter.

I like Carlos Carrasco in deeper leagues too. He was showing some promising signs before be had TJ. He was beginning to pitch in minor league games in September and should be ready to go full speed by spring training.

I actually really liked Dillon Gee last season. He was showing great plate discipline stats and the ERA was bound to come around eventually, and it wasn't even that bad to begin with (4.10 ERA). If he can come back healthy he'd definitely be on my radar.

If Tim Stauffer signs with a NL team that plays in a pitchers park, he could be a deep sleeper.

Kyle Gibson probably qualifies but he has not yet shown what he can do at the MLB level.

Shaun Marcum?
I think he is good to go for the start of the season, but he was injured last year.
he recently signed with the Mets.
I think he could be a real sleeper if healthy. prior to 2012, he had good/decent ERA with good WHIP.

Are we sure Ryu is starting? I know they shelled out a lot of money for him too but from what I've read he isn't exactly a sure thing.
