New prospect centered Dynasty League starting Fantrax $25

I am in and commish a number of leagues but am starting a new one this year with some difference than most leagues I have played in before. I am in one similar league but took over a team after the initial draft.

The central theme is that only prospects may be drafted but, your team will not accumulate points until the graduate to the Major Leagues.

It will be run on Fantrax as opposed to CBS. Fantrax has a much greater database of minor leaguers.
It will be $25 entrance fee.
There will be three drafts per year (Pre-season or spring traning); (First Year player draft during the all-star break); and (Fall draft during the playoffs)
No in season pick-ups
One weekly head to head match-up per week
maximum 20 team league
35 player roster expanding to 50 after 3 years
This league will not be very time intensive outside of the preparation for the draft
Point system is based on Fangraphs otteneau system (more about this on the forum)

For those that like prospecting this could be a perfect league while not taking a lot of your time away from your other leagues
