Obviously im keeping Bautista and Cargo, now my problem is only 3 guys start in the OF and one DH slot. So i cant keep all OF'S. I noted who has years kept against them already. Im gonna try to make a trade, but if that doesn't happen who am i keeping?
haha yuck is right man, last year was my year and injuries killed me, i went into the season with tulo, cargo, bautista, grienke and carlos santana. That was tulo and grinkes last year to be kept, and i traded santana.
im thinking of keeping Niese, every year the kid gets better and i think for the next 3 years hell be a good #2 fantasy SP.
Rosario seemed pretty good last year, idk what to expect this year
what will we get out of ryan howard, melky, crawford? lol so many questions

I like Niese too, but he's a pitcher & he kind of flies under the radar a bit. He's not one of your top players.
Howard is the safer of that group, IMO. Crawford has the most upside. It depends on how you want to play that one. It's so ugly that I think that you could justify any decision that you make. It may be an easier situation to analyze if we were closer to Spring Training. Right now I am just guessing.
I think this is the route I would go. In 1 catcher leagues, I think you will be better off just drafting a guy than keeping one. SP is so deep that I don't see a good reason to keep Niese and you should be able to get him back in the draft with out much of a problem. I am not a Howard fan so I would take the upside of Crawford over him but he can still get you HR and wouldn't have a problem if you kept him over Crawford.

another problem with keeping those 3 and Ortiz, is that ill most likely have Upton and Ellsbury fall to me. If i dont draft upton or ellsbury, the guys likely to fall to me are zimmerman, gallardo, grienke...I can hope for Tulo, pujols, weaver, to drop to me, but its doubtful they will...I cant go into a draft with 3 OFs and 1 DH and the best keeper/player for the next 3 years is upton or ellsbury...blahhhhh

That just means you have depth to trade. i wouldn't worry too much about position, just keep the best players. You can shore up some holes later on. One thing to remember is that OF isn't as deep as some people think so having too much OF should be something another team will need.
