this guy is correct, 3% if you choose the e-check/debit/credit card route ...or if you setup just e - check its free, owners deposit the fees and at the end of the season commish goes in and pays people.

Takes the headaches of collecting fees out of the picture. Plus its easy to collect your winnings.

How is this any safer than the Commish keeping the money himself. It seems either way he could take the money and run.

That's why I play in and set up leaguesafe leagues that require a 51% vote of owners to distribute the $$
