Those guys should be without much of an argument. Obviously most won't, and it'll probably be a few shmucks like Jack Morris. Rafael Palmeiro is also borderline, but I believe he's the only one on the list that failed a drug test.
You think those guys were better than Barry Bonds? Seems weird to me seeing as how Bonds posted a significantly higher career WAR than both of them combined. Bonds had already passed Murphy's career WAR before he was even a Giant.

I initially had Bonds, Clemons and Sosa on my list (didn't include Palmiero). Took them off after considering the steroids question a bit more. I understand the argument to be made on either side.
And no, I don't think Biggio or Murph were better than Bonds. But after deciding that admitted steroid users were not going to get my vote, that is who I was left with as my picks. Fred McGriff and Jack Morris also got heavy consideration from me.
I believe the numbers support Biggio. Murph is more just a sentimental pick. But hey- baseball is a game tradition and sentimentality.

If I had a vote there is where mine would go. I am on the fence with the PED users. Therefore they do not get my vote ... at least for now. I have my suspicions regarding Piazza & Bagwell, but they have never really been linked to anything.
I thought about throwing some votes at Royce Clayton, but decided against it.
