Reasonable, without knowing any other particulars. ou could perhaps do slightly better for Butler, but only if the right trading partner could be found.

Using my 2013 projections it would be trading the 6th best 1B in 12 team mixed leagues for the 133 best Pitcher (SP & RP combined)
I'd shop Butler around.
I agree, Morrow will give you a nice K rate when healthy and it looks like the JAys will have run support for him. My only issue with Morrow is he hasn't had a full season without a DL stint in a couple of years. See if there are other SP options out there.
Morrow is of no use to you if he breaks down. You know Butler is going to give you close to 600 AB, at least get an SP that's going to give you close to 200 IP in return.

Interesting thoughts here. Part of the problem with Butler is that he is a 1b (thats best case scenario: I've even seen some leagues where he lost his 1B eligibilty). This is completely anecdotal, but I've found that 1B is not a position that people are willing to give you good value for or even fair value for. 1B has the aura of being deep and easily replenished and therefore it usually isn't an even trade.
Even if you are not that high on morrow I think its going to be hard to find a manager willing to trade you a pitcher in the tier above morrow. More likely they will tell you they will keep their pitcher and draft Adam LaRoche and hope for the best.
