I have him at 95 runs, 31HR, 102 RBI, 6 SB, .295 BA for 2013. He's my 2nd ranked 3B. That said, I see the first three tiers at 3B in 12 team mixers breaking down like this:

Tier 1
Cabrera

Tier 2
Longoria

Tier 3
Beltre

Then tier 4 finally get's multiple names with
A. Ramirez
H. Ramirez
Lawrie
Wright
Middlebrooks

In my updated projections Beltre barely slipped ahead of Longoria for the 2 spot. I have Wright at 5. I don't want stolen bases from my 3B for roster construction reasons.

Yeah, it's hard to trust him...I had him pegged for a huge year last year...then he proceeded to kick those projections in the gut...luckily I didn't end up with him on any of my teams.

I haven't gotten to my 3B projections yet so not sure where I'd rank them all just yet.
