Epic Trade is now epically official. Longest review period ever?

Yeah I think both sides should be very happy with what they receive. I can't believe we gave up both d'Arnaud and Syndergaard, but neither of them would be impact players this season (d'Arnaud more or less = Arencibia for 2012). Syndergaard is a few years away, and young pitching prospects have a high failure rate. It will hurt in the long run if they both turn out to be what we most people expect of them, but it's worth the gamble.
On the positive side: R.A. Dickey! Awesome. Not only the Cy Young winner, but also a hell of a lot of fun to watch. Romero goes from defacto Ace in 2012 to 5th starter in 2013 with Happ looming if he doesn't turn things around. It's nice that he doesn't HAVE to turn things around in order for us to win, but it would definitely help.

Finally making the kind of moves I've wanted them to for years. AA has real guts.

I like the ballsiness of this move, but can't help feeling they paid $30 for a $15 SP.
What happens when his K/9 drops below 6 again? Not so sexy now.
At least the Blue Jays were smart enough to ask for J.Thole in the deal, who seems to have caught most of Dickey's 2012 starts.
