Is there any reason to assume that Trout and Harper won't win?

Trout should be a 100% lock. Harper is probably a 95% lock, but maybe Wade Miley sneaks in there and wins?

I don't know, Tom Wilhelmsen saved 29 games and struck out 87 batters. No rookie has ever done that before. Trout was good, but I think we all know that a feat that rare deserves the ROY award.
