Doubt you should. Do you really think the Nats front office will let him go near 220 IP? I wouldn't bet on it.

I don't think he'd hit 220 even if he wasn't limited. He doesn't go deep enough into games. He'll get his 32 starts.

I have Strasburg projected out at 195 IP for 2013.

As far as NL Pitcher rankings go, my top 7 is:

Tier 1:
1. Kershaw
2. Kimbrel

Tier 2:
3. Cain
4. Lee
5. Medlen
6. Strasburg
7. Hamels
8. Dickey
9. Chapman

Tier 3 starts with
10. Gio Gonzalez
