16 team $ Dynasty

I have a few openings in a 16 team $ dynasty league. We are currently on Fantraxx with 35 MLB players but are planning to move to yahoo which only allows 30. We plan on having every team cut 10 players then we will do a 5 round redraft to get to 30 players. Cost is based on players actual salaries (example: player made 5 mil previous year, he will cost team .50 this year) Typical cost for whole team was about $15-20 last year. 7x7 stats, H2H, with payoffs for making it to second round of playoffs (top 4).
