12-team, 7x7 (OBP, SLG%, Holds, K/BB). Keep 15 of these. The formula with pitchers is having 2-3 reliable and loading up on relievers.

I could keep Anthony Gose as a 'Graduate' (basically a 16th keeper), but it would cost me my first round pick. There were some pretty decent players that weren't kept last season. So it isn't something that I am going to entertain. He would need to be in my top 15 or I am going to shop him.
I am very high on Kyle Seager for the upcoming season. I am attempting to acquire him with a mid-level 'spect below (Martin Perez). That is still pending though.
I can also keep up to 10 of the below. We have a MiLB draft where everyone leaves with 15 players. So if I only keep 8, I get 7 picks in the draft. I have some pretty good options though. I am thinking of dumping Hagadone, Scheppers & Rodriguez. Puello is on the bubble.

Tough one. You have about 7 guys that are easy. I took 3 RP because of what you said about having relievers but I could also taking a gamble on Estrada and Straily as well.

This is where I would go. The ones left unkept can be gotten again in the draft but I think I would take as many extra picks just in case there is something better in the draft.

I'd imagine those 6 are mortal locks. That gives you 9 slots. On a second pass, I'd want these guys:
1B Ryan Howard, Phi 1B DTD 2B Rickie Weeks, Mil 2B 3B David Freese, StL 3B OF Allen Craig, StL OF, 1B P Vinnie Pestano, Cle RP P Tom Wilhelmsen, Sea RP Dan Straily, Oak SP
Leaving 2 spots to fill. For me, I'd consider Ejax, Garza, Alexei Ramirez, and Gose. I'm not confident enough in Gose (legs and defense yes, contact and keeping a low strikeout % no) to go for him over someone established.
Your minors system looks great. I would definitely keep:
ML Martin Perez (P-TEX) ML Shelby Miller (P-STL) ML Jameson Taillon (P-PIT) ML Carlos Martinez (P-STL) ML Gary Sanchez (C-NYY) ML Taijuan Walker (P-SEA) ML George Springer (OF-HOU)
Depending on what you could get by not keeping 10, I'd consider cutting the rest, but unless you can get some real quality players I'd at least keep Kyle Gibson.

I struggled with the 15th keeper over Garza and his injury and Mayberry, Jr and his potential for power if the Phillies give him the chance to start every game. I chose Mayberry because of his 1B position eligibility as well and I think he will do good things next season with the aging lineup in Philly. I like your idea of shopping Gose (you have the OF talent to carry you for now).

I envy your ML keepers with all the pitching talent available but you need some hitters to balance it out. Springer should do well in HOU and worth holding on to. I chose 9 keepers (Sanchez being #9) because of the upside each brings in the coming years. I like Gibson and would definitely hold onto him to see if he has regained his arsenal before the surgery. The Mets are a mess right now and I like your idea of possibly shopping Puello while his value is high enough to get a decent value in return.
