10 Team Yahoo Keeper 5x5 scoring
8 keepers per team /keepers only have 3 yrs of keeper eligibility
3 keepers can be franchised after 3 yrs or must be put back in the draft
Keepers round starts at round 6. Cannot keep anyone from rounds 1-5
My keepers:
Longoria - definite franchise
Braun - definite franchise
Reyes - franchise candidate
Cargo - franchise candidate
Stanton - 1yr of eligibility
Bumgarner - 2 yrs of eligibility
Kimbrel - 2 yrs of eligibility
Pineda - 2 yrs of eligibility
J Montero - 3 yrs
Do I keep Cargo for Reyes? What would you do?
Offered 1st and 6th rd picks for Cargo
Offered 3rd pick (22nd overall) for Reyes
If I trade 1 of the 2, I'd probably keep the other.
Pls help and leave a link.
Thanks!

For once this is an extremely easy one indeed. Keeping Cargo and trading Reyes is the surefire play.

Yup. I am a firm believer that if you do not get Tulo (and he is an injury concern now so even that is questionable) you should not bother paying a premium at SS as there just are not big numbers at the position to be had. Better to spend on another OF or CI esp. if you play in a league where you need to field 5 OFs as going 50-60 deep in the OF means those last two OF spots are usually tough to fill with someone good.
Reyes is just overrated at this point imo. Good but just not worth bypassing a slugging hitter or elite SP for and he usually goes a couple of rounds earlier than where he should imo based on his reputation.
