Should Melky get a ring?

Suspended for 50 games on August 15.
At the time of the suspension was hitting .346 with 159 hits, 11 HR, 60 RBI, 84 R and 13 SB
He also was the AS MVP and the win got home field advantage for the Giants (although they would have had it under the old system anyways but would they have had enough wins to get home field advantage without Melky's help?)
At the time of the suspension the Giants were 64-53 tied for first with the Dodgers and after the suspension they went 30-15.
Giants decided not to put him on the post season roster even though he was eligible.

Give him 1/2 a ring . I figure he would have at least put up half the numbers he did, if not more.

I think it's been confirmed that Mota was suspended because he took some children's cough medicine with a banned substance in it. Don't really think it's the same thing but I do think it'd be ridiculous not to give Melky a ring.
