Without taking the other teams roster into the equation, just based purely on talent level and upside which side of this deal would you take?

Bogarts and Singleton are both promising prospects but I prefer players that can help now. I believe Miller will be in St Louis's rotation next year and Bailey's 2nd half looks very encouraging.

I also would rather have guys who have proven something. Of those four, Bailey is the one the tips the scale to side B.

I am going to agree with the others. Based purely on upside, I like Miller the most of the four players. Bailey continues to flirt around and make me think he could finally turn into a decent starter but I can't trust him yet. Miller I still think can turn into a top of the rotation type.

Bogarts and Singleton are both solid prospects but I just don't feel comfortable enough with them to take them over a guy like Miller.

Miller looked great this year in St. Louis, and with Lohse likely on the way out, a roster spot is going to be available. He is going to have to compete with Lynn and Kelly to get the job, but he looks tough. Bailey also showed strong improvement this season and looks like the top prospect he was supposed to be. The prospects are nice and all, but Miller/Bailey has production now, and the best potential player in the deal in Miller. This is a no-brainer for me.

Miller is going to be a stud in the Matt Cain mold. I'm buying on him, not selling.
