With only 5 keepers, you want sure things, and VMart is a huge risk, no matter the price

I hear you, Hootie. But I also think that VMart gets really undervalued for what he produces when healthy, especially with C eligibilty.

I'll definitely be targeting Bruce in the auction, but I'm pretty certain I can get him for less than the $30 it would take to keep him, because I think he is undervalued, too. If I can't get him in the mid-$20 range, I'm willing to let someone else pay the big bucks.

If it were my choice i would be hands down Gio and VMart

I am a big believer in keepers being alot more about value than just being studs

We keep guys in the round they were drafted and guys who keep guys in the first couple rounds i feel miss out because theya re keeping ugys who are good, yes, but could keep somebody later and just draft a good player in round 1 or 2.

So with your auction values of $4 for a C who bats 300+ and prob 100+rbi in what looks like a sick lineup next year and a guy who at $15 may have out performed himself but still will return more than $15, you end up with $77 to add 2 maybe 3 more high level players depending on how guys bid in your league.

just my opinion, but freeing up 25% of budget seems sexy to me:)
