Looking for a league which is noob friendly

I played fantasy baseball for the first time last season, didn't do too terribly and enjoyed it, and would like to take the next step, join an active league with intelligent owners. Having said that, I again am still a beginner in this game and would like to find a league where I would have fun cutting my teeth, not one where I am constantly confused by the rules of the league and/or under-prepared to deal with the depth of the roster sizes. If someone has an opening in a league like this, and is looking for an active and conscientious owner, please let me know!
