I'd take Sabathia based on his consistency.

Forget my last post. Yanks just announced that CC is going to see Dr. James Andrews after feeling elbow pain that he had never felt before.

This is never a good thing. In light of this news, you have to go with Dickey.

Scary news indeed. Even if he doesn't have major surgery, the questions about his health are enough to tip the scales to Dickey. No you get your shot with RA!

As quoted from NBA Jam, "Boomshakalaka!" Well thanks for the input guys, the Dr. James Andrews news is disheartening, and I think because of it RA is the leader in the clubhouse for now.

Well it's 13 degrees outside, so baseball is naturally on my mind! Can't wait til the spring, but there has been a turn in this story now that it looks like RA is headed to the Blue Jays... I was leaning towards RA before when he was with the Mets, but now that he's headed to the AL East, I'm torn again...

Do you guys think his inevitable move to the Jays, barring a setback, significantly hurts his fantasy status? ;-D

Looks like CC is okay; at least, he plans on starting to throw next month, same as he does every year, so the surgery doesn't seem to have set him back. Seeing as he is six years younger than Dickey, I'm going to go back to CC as my choice.

No brainer it's CC. He's getting older and at some point he's going to show his age, but his peripherals looked just as strong as ever last year and who knows who Dickey will perform moving to a new team, new ballpark, new league, etc.

RA moving to the AL and the hardest division in the AL would make me keep CC. While I don't think he stays healthy, he has proven that when he plays he is one of the best even in that division. I need to see RA do it at his new home before I completely buy in. Of course for others this might be a good time to buy RA at a decent price.
