H2H Points League with 10 keepers. I'm looking to keep around 5 on each side and possibly package some others for an upgrade in other departments. Point accruals are all over the board. IP, ER, SV, HOLD, QS, 1B - HR, SB, CS (plus lots more). All categories factor in, negative and positive.
For a quick example the top 5 scoring batters were: Miguel Cabrera Braun Trout Cano McCutchen
Top 5 scoring pitchers: Dickey Verlander Price Kershaw F. Hernandez
So who do I keep and who do I move?
My team consists of -
Pitchers: Halladay Garza Dickey Niese C.J. Wilson McDonald Jim Johnson
Hitters: Miguel Montero Wilin Rosario Rizzo Beltre A. Escobar Morse Trout Bruce Ethier Youkilis
I was thinking about keeping Rosario and Rizzo instead and moving Ethier and Montero. I like Rosario being in Colorado for the numbers and he brought up his average to .270 by the end of the season.
I also currently have a standing offer of Ethier and J. Johnson for Alex Gordon.

I'm okay with Rosario over Montero. I would toss Niese back and keep Rizzo. Do you have to keep 5 from each side? If so I would rather have Rizzo than Ethier.

I don't need to keep 5 on each but I feel it will make things easier for the draft. I'm working on moving Montero, Youkilis, and Garza (or some combination) for a #3 pick in the first round next year.
you wouldn't draft 5 pitchers in 10 players in a new draft so don't keep 5 pitchers unless they are way better than your hitters. yours aren't. certainly if you can trade 2-3 for a draft upgrade, do that. you've got plenty of keeper choices, I'd make Rizzo 1 of them and probly 6 other hitters

I'm ok with Rizzo over Niese. I am not sold on Rizzo though and I think Niese is a solid but unspectacular SP. Rizzo has more upside but I don't think he reaches that upside next year and his floor is a lot lower than Niese.
