Care to elaborate? I can see the IP spike being detrimental, but Sale was filthy. He isn't a top 12 SP but I think 20th may be a tad low. I'd put him right behind Cueto.
Others I don't like are Trumbo in both 1st and 3rd base. Dunn is way too low. As is Dustin with his absurdly good run after returning from wrist problems. I still have him in the top 3 if healthy. Medlen is way too high IMO. No way he comes close to the success he had this year.
I would also rank players at positions they will be primarily used at, even if qualify at more than one. Assuming you know they will have more value there.
Posey should be used as a catcher. Ranking him as a 1B can be nice for position by position comparison purposes, but no one is going to play him at 1B.

The IP spike is what's going to keep me away. It's not just a spike, he pitched a full load (192 innings) this year minus a couple skipped starts after pitching 71 innings last year. That's enough to place him at least a tier or two down my list.
I haven't really looked at anything yet, but I'm a little skeptical about those 2B rankings. I'll be owning Kinsler/Pedroia in a lot of leagues if that ends up being standard.
I agree that Kinsler and Pedroia are too low but I'm kind of torn on what to do with Aaron Hill. I have him in a keeper where I have to choose between him and Justin Upton. Tell me I'd be even thinking about that back in April and I would have laughed at you. His career has been so odd, 2007 he was average, 2008 he sucked, 2009 he was a monster, 2010 the power stayed but the average sucked, 2011 he sucked until he got to Arizona where the average came back but no power still and then 2012 he's right around 2009 levels again. That's not a guy I necessarily want as the second 2B taken, but at the same time 2012 isn't a fluke.

But it's Aaron hill. I can't imagine he'll go higher than Upton next year.
