This League is Free and has year round activity.
Teams will be chosen by a draft lottery as soon as it fills.
Owners will holdover 10 major league players and 10 minor leagurers from real life team.
The remainder of roster is filled by a slow draft.
Salary Cap Tiers are set up to be similar to real life teams and real life contracts are used.
