Jeurys Familia. Not 2013 unless Francisco gets hurt, but very possibly 2014.

Doolittle in Oakland. The man is a walking strikeout machine.

Prospects who could be closers in 1-3 years:

John Hellweg, Brewers
Yordano Ventura, Royals
Jeurys Familia, Mets
Arodys Vizcaino, Cubs
Heath Hembree, Giants
Trevor Rosenthal, Cardinals

Not an exhaustive list by any means.

Tazawa, might have a chance to be an 8th inning guy next year, but, he has hardly been anointed the closer of the future (or even the primary setup man). With Andrew Baily's health though, who knows what the future will bring

Andrew Miller has been very good this year, but he might still in the lefty set up man role.

He's starting today. I went ahead and picked him up just for fun. H2H finals, picking up players I've never heard of before because I saw his name mentioned in this thread. This is how I win leagues. ;-D

Not to toot my own horn or anything .....

#Tigers RT @Chris_Iott Dave Dombrowski said he would not discount Bruce Rondon in the competition for the role of closer next season.
