Seems like no matter who I throw out there these days they get clobbered. Just my relief pitchers have totaled me 6 losses in the past 8 days, in a league that counts losses
I'm actually happy Clippard is back in a setup role. I was about to cut him and pick up someone for holds. Now all he needs to do is get people out again.
Horrible, horrible Monday yesterday, 2 hits total for my team while my opponent hit 4 home runs. 2 of them at the expense of my pitchers
Never been this far behind after just one day but I'm glad this is a 10 day week. Would like to see Ichiro continue his hot hitting after Reddick nearly single handedly sunk my offense last week.
I'll be tuning in to watch Medlen pitch tonight. I don't think there's a SP out there I have more confidance in right now.

This. For example, picked up Hughes for a cant-miss start against the Twins and he has a piss poor outing of course. Speaking of Clippard his implosion against the Crew last week ruined any chance of a comeback in ratios for me. I ended up losing in wins despite streaming at least four starts last week, and am in a hole in both wins and saves to start the championship against a guy that only rosters eight pitchers.
