I have had times where I have used this page with the weather icons over on the left to be able to get an idea of what the expected weather was going to be. although I wish there was a glossary or whatever to say what all the different icons were.
I have also used the twitter to get an update on the weather for games played at certain places.

Maybe we can update this thread when we find out games are postponed. Personally I'm hoping the Yankees end up having to play a triple header at the end of the season
